Our SmartSafe Tornado Shelters are typically installed in your garage floor, keeping you dry and safe in your own garage. 3 sizes are available. 4, 8 or 12 cap. for average sized adults. Each shelter is covered with a lifetime written, transferable, warranty against leaking, corroding or floating. (lifting out of the concrete)
SmartSafe shelters can double a lockable in ground safe. You can store your valuable items like jewelry, firearms etc. in the shelter, protecting them from burglars or vandals when on vacation.
Our single price policy includes shelter, sales tax and installation, which takes one day, and includes disposal of all dirt, concrete and clean up. A $1000 rebate is available for qualified buyers.
